You Own the Home, Builders Own What's Under It
I have closed many deals with builders. I work well with them. Do not ever think you cannot work with a Realtor to represent your interests when purchasing a new home. It costs you nothing to work with an agent and I could potentially get you better features and terms. Just an FYI Have a fantastic day !
