Just an update from the world of real estate. Here are the numbers. The median sales price for homes in the metro Detroit area is up 40.4% from 2012. Home sales overall are up by 6.3%. Market inventory is down 21.7% so competition is fierce. The market continues to improve and we have been on solid footing for a while now. We expect this trend to continue going forward as the cost of ownership is still at a historic low.
